Personality: Rei is a withdrawn and solitary figure, polite enough to speak to but considered to be quite distant to all but a very limited few. Most of her life has been consumed with her work, and even in times of relative peace she finds time to continue training and honing her skills further.
An unrepentant killer, dispassionate about taking any form of life and seemingly numb to any feelings of remorse. However, this only extends to her targets. Her enemies deserve what they get, and she is willing to trust those in charge. Rei ensures that she spare any innocents while she works and doesn’t accept collateral damage from any allies should she find herself working with a team.
Rei does have a small group of close friends, though she is still somewhat reserved even here. Often resorting to keeping any relationships to a professional level.

History: Rei is the youngest member of an ancient clan, generally considered to be far enough separated from the heiress role that she was provided relative freedom in comparison to some of her siblings. Still, this was little more than being allowed to train and learn outside of the stricter teachings within the family. Early on, she awakened some peculiar abilities, which she ensured to keep hidden from the others.
She was caught however, training alone to try and hone her abilities by a man who claimed to be a part of a government organization that worked with people like her. Initially, she was relocation to believe him until she had proof. She was inducted into the human thingo, and was trained further.
Proving an excellent student, Rei would show rapid proficiency with her supernatural abilities as well as most forms of combat. Before long she was one of the groups most trusted agents, specializing in assassination.

THE COMBAT INFORMATION

Description: A pair of expertly crafted sidearms, personally modifed by Rei to her liking. Used as a primary form of offense, usually to keep opponents at bay.

Description: A rifle, chambered with the same spiritually infused ammunition to deal lethal damage to spiritual targets. Often used as a backup weapon, providing enhanced firepower with long range precision.

PRIMARY STAGE
Ability Name: Blink
Description: A step above the normal human high-speed movement ability, this movement ability is short-ranged but instantaneous as she teleports to her target destination. She can choose to retain momentum or not, making it a particularly useful little trick.
- Maximum 15m Range
- Begins a thread with 2 charges (Which is also max capacity)
- May use both these charges at once.
- Charges regenerate 1 per 3 posts. This counter starts on use of the ability and then stacks additively if the second charge is used. (So using both would need 6 posts before full charges)
- Rei is unable to use blur, must take 'Blink' as a strength.
Ability Name: Trick Shot
Description: With an uncanny knack for hitting her opponents, Rei’s luck seems to shine through at times, a miracle ricochet or some random fall of fortune a missed shot will try to strike her opponent once more. This is achieved with perfect spatial awareness, allowing her to pick the exact location to shoot to bounce a shot where it needs to go.
- Can be utilized with any gun-based abilities
- Can be utilized to shoot around corners or make otherwise impossible shots
- Cooldown equal to the ability she uses it on.
- Needs something to riccochet off of to work.
- This ability can be used passively on basic attacks. (Ignores cooldown, maximum 5 per post)
Ability Name: Honed Instincts
Description: Rei seems to have a second sense for danger, what might blindside anyone else can and will be noticed by Rei.
- Passive ability
- Sneak attacks of any kind will sensed early, allowing retaliation or avoidance.
- Vision impairing effects are nullified when it comes to defence (She’ll still be shooting blind, mostly)
Ability Name: Gun Kata
Description: At the peak of physical fitness and strict mental conditioning, Rei has shown herself to be a deadly combatant, using a mixture of hand-to-hand and weapon based combat. This style of fighting is high intensity, with the ability to keep just a little range while being perfectly capable at close range combat.
- Passively increases agility by x1 in Primary and Secondary Stage and by x2 in Hyper-Mode (Additive to normal multipliers)
SECONDARY STAGE
Ability Name: HE Infusion
Description: By infusing her chosen weapon with energy, Rei is able to create an explosion on impact, spreading the damage over a wider area to make it easier to hit a target.
- 10m Radius on impact
- Attacks with this infusion have a noticable yellow glow and lingering energy trail
- Explosion deals Cero damage
- 2 Post CD
Ability Name: AP Infusion
Description: Focusing the energy into the tip of whatever round she is firing allows for a single shot with increased armour piercing ability.
- Bypasses barriers and other defensive abilities for one turn (75% Armour negated)
- Attacks with this infusion have a noticable red glow and lingering energy trail
- 2 Post Cooldown
Ability Name: Hawks-Eye
Description: Rei is able to process visual information with perfect clarity to a great extent, allowing for long range shots.
- Enhanced Vision/Reaction Time
- Immune to vision impairing effects
Ability Name: Spirit Infusion
Description: Instead of focusing her energy into a desired effect, Rei instead choose to load more of her power into a single attack. This provides a boost in effectiveness, giving any enhanced attack a noticable blue glow in comparison to her standard attacks.
- Melee strikes are enhanced to cero damage (1 post cooldown)
- Only one attack is enhanced.
- May be used in conjunction with other abilities (Secondary and Primary stage only, cooldowns count down as normal)
